Reblog from Chris Donner on Zi Wu
19 Jan 2013
Chris and I are taking our first Qigong class today. It is called Zi Wu and is taught by our healer and teacher Master Liu He.. Here is Chris’s write up on the class.
Zi Wu Qigong is very effective for healing difficult health cases and chronic illness. Another highlight of this Qigong is that it helps you open your heart through chanting “The Great Compassion” mantra. In this video you can see my teacher, Master Liu He, demonstrating parts of the Zi Wu form. Please visit the Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School web site for more information.
Chris is able to take this class as part of her training to become a teacher. It is a three year program and the first two years are all about self-cultivation which prepares the student to become the teacher from the mind, spirit, body. I am just taking the class to enjoy it. I will most likely start my training next year. To see more of Chris’s journey she has started a new blog, Chris’s Qigong Experience, please check it out.
Hugs and blessings

This is amazing. I have never heard of qigong until I went to a book store today. I picked up a magazine, Spiritually and Health, and sat down with a cup of coffee to read through it. I never read this mag before. There it was. An article where someone mentioned qigong. I quickly googled it on my iPhone and now, here you are, reblogging Chris’s post about it. Coincidence or is someone trying to tell me something? I hope this helps you and I wish Chris good luck in her training.
Interesting…

Strange how you attract things to yourself. If you ever give it a try, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
