Share Your World – 2013 Week 6

If you given $22 million tax free dollars, what is the first thing you would do?

Where were you born?

Can you change a car tire?

What is your favorite part of the town/city you live in.  And what Country do you live?

I had a lot of fun with these questions, although they were not quite as easy for me as last week.  I hope you enjoy this week’s questions as much as I did.    You can think hard about them and be extremely serious or you can have fun and dream and just let loose, or you can let your alter ego answer.   Have FUN no matter what you do!!!  Have a fabulous week everyone!!

Even though I oftentimes will add photos to my answers, it is not a requirement to participate in Share your World.

NOTE:  Click link to easily find Other Share Your World Week blog entries.

I will be putting out four different questions each week for you to answer.  There are two ways which you can participate.

  1. Create a  Share Your World  post.  Then post the link to your blog in my comment box or leave your answers in the comments box of my blog.
  2. To make it easy for others to check out your photos, title your blog post “Share Your World” tag.
  3. Remember to Follow My Blog to get your weekly reminders.

I usually will respond to your entry on your blog, rather than on my page.

Here are my answers.

If you given $22 million tax free dollars, what is the first thing you would do?  After I get up off the floor from fainting, I would tell Chris to quit her job.  I would look for land near Canby with tall trees and start planning a house for us to live in.  Then I’d buy us a TrailManor trailer and pack us all up and explore the Northern California and Oregon Coast.   I’d also make a healthy donation to The Dougy Center (the National Center for Grieving Children and families) where Chris volunteers.  After that we would see what we would do with the money.  I would also give some money to the Ling Gui school of of Qigong.  That is a good start.

Where were you born?  I was born in Moscow, Idaho USA  Here is a true story regarding my 9th grade German Teacher.  I told him that I was born in Moscow (he assumed it was Moscow Russia).  He asked if one of my parents were there.  I said yeah, my dad was and I ran out of the rooming laughing.  This teacher was a nerd long before the term became a common word.

020413 SYWCan you change a car tire?  Yep.  I have not done it for many years, but the techniques are the same.  I changed the tires of my first car whenever I had a flat.  I had this Mercury Bobcat for 18 years.  That is me when my car was fairly new and I was 21 years old.

What is your favorite part of the town/city you live in.  And what Country do you live?  If you have read any of my blog at all, you know I just love my little town of Canby which only has 15,000 people.  It is located in Oregon USA which is in the Pacific Northwest in the area known as the Willamette Valley.   To get to Portland (north) or Salem South) the two closest cities to me we have to drive through tree and plant nurseries galore.  It is just gorgeous.

Hugs and blessings
